Senior Information Panel

The Senior Information Panel is a small group of experts providing information and help for seniors who want to
learn more about Senior Living, Medicare, and Elder Care. As we age, there are important decisions to be made in
regards to how we want to spend the final chapter in our lives. Decisions concerning our quality of life, medical
choices, and assuring our assets are protected and everything in place.
Seniors and adult children can learn how to deal with the difficult decision to make a change in senior living, how to
recognize the right time for making this change, and different options to choose from depending on needs such as
Aging in Place, Assisted Living, Independent Senior Living, Retirement Communities, and Continuing Care
Communities. Learn about Medicare and how to choose the right plan and stay up on changes happening. Spend some
time learning how to ensure your assets are protected and given to the right individuals once you are no longer able to
make those decisions.
Being a senior or an adult child of a senior does not have to be confusing or stressful. Educate yourself in the choices
available and keep an open mind in order to make good decisions. Remember, old age is not about dying; it's about
LIVING the whole of life and enjoying the remarkable journey it has been. Tamala Flores of Good Samaritan Society
