Monday: Spaghetti, salad and dessert. Tuesday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, veg and dessert. Wednesday: Chicken breast, potato, veg and dessert. Thusday: Chili, cornbread and dessert. Friday: 1/4 lb hot dog, baked beans, chips and desset.

January 10-14

Monday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, veg and dessert. Tuesday: Barbeque chicken, potato and dessert. Wednesday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, veg and dessert. Thursday: Lasagna, salad and dessert. Friday: Liver and onions, potato and dessert.

January 17-21

Monday: Site closed for Martin Luther King Day. Tuesday: Pork roast, mashed potatoes with gravy, veg and dessert. Wednesday: Cook’s Choise. Thursday: Baked chicken, potato, veg and dessert. Friday: Beef and noodles, salad and dessert.

January 24-28

Monday: Tacos, refried beans, rice and dessert. Tuesday: Oven fried chicken, potato, veg and dessert. Wednesday: Beef stew and dessert. Thursday: Pork chop, potato, veg and dessert. Friday: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, veg and dessert.

January 31

Monday: Hamburger, fries, baked beans and dessert.

Spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad w/dressing, garlic toast, sugar cookie. Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes w/gravy, green beans, white cake with frosting. Friday: Sloppy Joes on hamburger bun, au gratin potato, coleslaw, strawberry mousse.

January 10-14

Monday: Pork chop, scalloped potato, stewed tomatoes, sliced peaches, peanut butter cookie. Wednesday: Chili, tossed salad, breadsticks, pineapple tidbits, baked apple slices. Friday: Hamburger steak, mashed potato with gravy, Capri vegetable, cherry crisp w/whipped topping.

January 17-21

Monday: Site closed for Martin Luther King Day. Wednesday: Mozzarella meatloaf, fried potatoes, corn, vanilla pudding. Friday: Vegetable beef soup, deli meat and cheese sandwich, pineapple tidbits, poke cake.

January 24-28

Monday: Baked chicken, oven potatoes, bread/butter, carrots, apple crisp w/whipped topping. Wednesday: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes w/gravy, peas, frosted brownie. Friday: Hamburger/bun, scalloped potatoes, chuck wagon corn, chocolate chip cookie.

Monday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad w/dressing, garlic toast, sugar cookie.
