Wednesday: Chili, corn bread and dessert. Thursday: Lasagna, garlic bread and dessert. Friday: Hamburger or cheeseburger, French fries, salad and dessert.
February 6-10
Monday: Sauerkraut and sausage, veg and dessert. Tuesday: Ham and sweet potatoes, veg and dessert. Wednesday: Cook's Choice. Thursday: Chicken breast, potato, veg and dessert. Friday: Liver and onions, potato, veg and dessert.
February 13-17
Monday: Spaghetti, garlic bread and dessert. Tuesday: Oven fried chicken, potato, veg and dessert. Wednesday: Cabbage, potato, ham and carrot boil dinner and dessert. Thursday: Barbeque chicken, potato, veg and dessert. Friday: Goulash, veg and dessert.

Monday: Site closed for President's Day. Tuesday: Pork roast, mashed potatoes with gravy, veg and dessert. Wednesday: Fish sandwich, potato, veg and dessert. Thursday: Baked ziti, garlic bread and dessert. Friday: Salmon patties, potato, creamed peas and dessert.
